Don't Call Me Honey

Don't Call Me Honey

What would you do if you got diagnosed with cancer, at 33, en route to a first date? Don’t Call Me Honey is an unashamedly feminist cabaret show, packed with darkly funny original songs, stories, and dick jokes. It is for anyone who has ever been underestimated, overexplained to, or told to smile, politely, through catastrophe. Anna PC is a classically trained musician and songwriter with over 15 years of performance experience. She has performed at Woodford Folk Festival, for Victorian Opera, in the Edinburgh Military Tattoo and at the Adelaide and Edinburgh Fringe Festivals. This is her first solo(ish) show. This work was developed with the assistance of the Newcastle Lighthouse Writer's Residency Program. Melbourne premiere season. 6 nights only.

Running time: approximately 60 minutes.
